All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability. Product availability is not guaranteed.

In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inaccuracies in order information.

By placing an order, you agree that all billing and shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. BODHI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary significantly by destination. Due to international regulations, international orders may be final sale depending on local restrictions.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery and are issued as store credit only. Refunds are not offered.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopbodhibrand.com with your order number and clear photos. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, images, product designs, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of BODHI and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
