Thank you for shopping with BODHI. Below is everything you need to know about shipping, processing times, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after processing are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, if offered

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. Store credit will only be issued once the order is returned and inspected, if eligible.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

BODHI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

If your tracking information shows the order as delivered but you did not receive your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, contact the shipping carrier directly, and email us at info@shopbodhibrand.com so we can assist you as best as possible.

Delays

BODHI is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary significantly by destination. International orders may be final sale depending on local restrictions.
